You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (just let us know first).

✔️ How to return:
Email us at info@tavolatabledressing.co.uk with your order number. Pop your item back in its original packaging and post it to us. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

✔️ Refunds:
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return back to your original payment method.

✔️ Exchanges:
Want to swap an item? Just drop us an email – we’ll confirm stock and guide you.

✔️ Exceptions:
Sorry, we can’t accept returns on:

• Personalised/made-to-order items

• Perishable goods

• Sealed hygiene products once opened

✔️ Faulty or wrong item?
That’s on us! We’ll refund or replace it and cover your return postage.
